conditions of participation
Conditions of Participation BDK Seminar Series (“Event”) in Nuremberg 4 to 6 April 2025 (“General Terms and Conditions”)
1. Purpose of the regulation
These “General Terms and Conditions” regulate the mutual contractual obligations between the BDK Bund Deutscher Klavierbauer e. V. (organizer) and the participant of the event (participant). The contents of the contract are determined by the documents “Registration”, “Registration Confirmation” and these Terms and Conditions. If necessary, further contractual agreements can be made individually. These documents can be submitted by declarations in web forms or by email.
2. Participants, registration and conclusion of contract
All interested parties are entitled to participate. The interested party enters their data in the online registration form, selects the desired events and transmits the data in accordance with the sending routine of the registration form ("offer"). The organizer then sends the participant a confirmation of participation ("acceptance"), after which the participation contract is concluded. There is no entitlement to acceptance of the contract.
3. Services
When the contract is concluded, the participant is entitled to the provision of the services in accordance with the events they have booked. The organizer is entitled to change, add, replace or delete individual service features, provided that the overall character of the event and the service package is not changed as a result. The organizer points out that only services that are listed in the service overview will become part of the contract. All other options mentioned on this website that are available in the context of the event and the music fair are expressly not included. The mention of the events on the website is for advertising purposes and does not constitute a legal claim to use them. Insignificant changes made by the organizer do not constitute a defect. A change is insignificant if the individual event retains its character. A change in the named lecturers (appointment of substitute lecturers) does not constitute a defect in the service, nor does a change in the order of the events.
